After attending the District 2 (D2) Conference in 2013, the Daemen College Student Alumni Ambassadors (SAA) returned with a hopeful idea that soon became a reality. With the cooperative efforts of our Daemen community, CASE ASAP Conference 2014 has reached its maximum potential. Daemen is a close knit campus and the potential to exchange relevant knowledge, networking abilities, events, and ideas is an attainable opportunity.
During this session we will be dynamically presenting our recruitment process for our new members. We will cover Green & White’s three stage selection process as well as the public relations efforts to implement and drive interest across campus. The last phase of the process will discuss the new member orientation/transition process into the organization. Overall, this presentation will expand and improve attendees understanding of a selection process which has shown to be very effective. We hope that our audience will take away tangible goals and strategies to innovate their organization’s recruitment efforts. Our methods lay out a road map that will enhance recruitment efforts, which will help them achieve a larger pool of quality candidates to choose from.
